How much will the nostrils open over time?

<Day 7><Day 8><10 facts>After the first surgery, I felt that the height of my nostrils was slightly different, but
 my nostrils were originally very round, so I liked it. I guess
 the height will adjust over time??? Since most faces are asymmetrical anyway,
 I
 didn't expect it to fit perfectly,
 so I thought it wouldn't be too bad, but it kept bothering my eyes,
 especially when I looked in the mirror, and it was just a slight difference in height, but
 when I took a picture, it looked like they were mismatched,
 and for no reason, I started to worry more and
 
more. As the swelling goes down, the shape of my nose becomes prettier, and
 my face slowly adjusts to the eyes,
 my satisfaction is increasing, but
 my nostrils are so bothersome, so
 I wonder how much it will adjust as time goes by and the swelling goes down a lot.
 As the photo is flipped left and right,
 it feels like the nostrils are more identical than what I see.
 My acquaintances say they won't know unless I tell them, but
 I wonder if this can't be corrected.
