 the cartilage was protruding next to the columella on only one side.
 (The columella was also a bit misaligned... probably related to the cartilage protrusion.)
 
I think it was like this from the beginning after the surgery, but
 I had to disinfect it in the meantime. I'm sure you saw it while you were doing it or removing the stitches, but 
 when I asked what was sticking out, you acted like you only discovered it then?
 Trust is lost here..
 Moreover, the response is to just apply ointment and see you in a few days..

 I also found out the cause. You can tell by looking at it, and the protruding cartilage needs to be tied back..
 Life... I'll have reoperation next week and update again.
