It's been 2 days since I had thick-skinned double nose and short nose surgery (review included + there is blood in the photo)

I decided to do this after 12 steps and filtering.
 Do you know that my nose is now Kwak Tube? It's the same as Kwak Tube's nose. The skin is thick and the nostrils are not regular nostrils. They are inverted triangles. LOL. I'm swearing.
 The improvements were short nose improvement, double nose improvement, and thin nose. I heard that I couldn't do it, because my skin is thick.. I heard that I had to take the fat on the sides of my nose with me, and I didn't go for nostril reduction because they said my nostrils would look even weirder! I used Fitmico for the bridge of my nose!!
 
On the day --
 I couldn't sleep much, so I just wanted to have the surgery quickly.
 I went to lie down, had my nose hair shaved, disinfected, and given a sedative, so I went to sleep right away!! I don't know why I was moved after the anesthesia went well
 and I didn't pass out, but it was a recliner chair so it was soft and I was dizzy so I think I stayed there for over an hour!!
 After drinking some water, I cleaned up and came out. I bought bottled water and tried to drink it with a straw, but I was told not to use a straw. My upper lip was sore and my nose was sore all of a sudden.
 Someone told me to use a straw, so I guess I should just drink it flowing... I was going to take the subway, but I got dizzy, so I took a taxi, but I stepped on the accelerator and braked. I was even more dizzy because I stepped on it and made a fuss... There was cotton stuffed in my nose, but blood was seeping out, and my nose was so stuffy that even when I gulp, it wouldn't go away, my ears were stuffy, and I was having trouble breathing. Even when I was sleeping, I was struggling to breathe through my nose, so I got wet in the middle. A humidifier is a must... If you don't have it, your lips will dry out. I put Vaseline on it and went to sleep.. I was in pain from the day of the day to the second day. No one said it was so painful (the nose incision line was throbbing). I took one Tylenol at a time because of the pain, and I slept with the cushion so high that my neck got stuck, so I put a patch on it haha. I ate pumpkin porridge for rice.. I applied a cold compress.
 
On the 1st day,
 I had a good case of hemostasis, so there wasn't a lot of bleeding, and in the afternoon, I was nervous because I heard that it was sore, but I trusted Tylenol and it was fine. It just felt better... It didn't hurt much because my nose was throbbing, so I put on a cold compress. On the
 
2nd day,
 I got rid of my nose and it was okay, but I couldn't breathe because the mucous membrane was swollen. Difficult, clear runny nose, nose no longer hurts, still breathing through mouth!! Necessities for cold compresses:
 saline solution (to clean blood clots),
 


humidifier
 , Vaseline,
 Fucidin
 (use Fucidin without eye ointment),
 gauze (extra bleeding, buy one pack (5 pieces) or more than 5 packs),
 tape,
 sterilized cotton swab,
 squeezing pumpkin porridge (available at Coupang, delicious) )
 I'll attach a photo and post it. It seems like there has been improvement. I'll just have the surgery once and be done with it. I hope there are no side effects...
