Deep fixation swelling goes down, eye pulling symptoms

It's been a month since the incision. The swelling has gone down a lot compared to the beginning, but
 the deep fixation is still there and my eyelids are starting to hurt.
 How can this happen even though I didn't get eye surgery?
 The fixation is so deep that even when I close my eyes, they are deeply sunken and my skin is pulled so it stings. The doctor irresponsibly ran away and said he would look at it instead, but he just kept saying that the deep fixation was the swelling and didn't do anything. And there was someone who saw my picture and said the deep fixation was the swelling, but I've never seen eyes with swelling like this anywhere. It feels like my eyes are digging in and it hurts seriously. How can I find a hospital?
