I wanted to have revision nose surgery so I went back to the first hospital??
I received a quote, but it seems a bit expensive, so can you take a look?? ㅠㅠ
 
Reason for considering reoperation
 - Non-implant surgery, I like the shape, no one would know I had surgery and it looks natural, I hear a lot of people say my nose is pretty on the side,
 but my nose bridge is not high but thick so it looks big when I take pictures (Koala, tiger or similar), I still feel like I have a boxy nose, and my nose is slightly longer.
 
I was planning to re-operate for the reasons above, but they recommended an osteotomy during the first surgery, but I didn't do it. It's a shame about
 the osteotomy, and it's a famous hospital for noses, so I'm planning to re-operate at the same hospital, but
