2nd week of nose surgery (will the ‘columella’ also come down?)

I had the surgery at a hospital famous for double nose surgery in Apgujeong.
 As you can see, the columella is shorter than the bridge of the nose, so I had surgery to lower the columella.
 It's only been 2 weeks, so the tip of the nose is lifted, so is the columella short?
 The hospital tells me not to worry, it will come down over time, but
 I heard that the raised tip of my nose will come down, so I'm not too worried and just wait.
 Will the short columella also come down later?
 I'm worried because it doesn't seem much different from before.
 Is this a problem that will be resolved over time?

 Since the bridge of my nose was relatively normal, I did not raise the bridge and only had surgery on the tip of my nose (tiing the tip cartilage and using ear cartilage).
