Numbness in arms after chest, nerve damage?

I had surgery on the lower armpit about 3 years ago, and the sensation on the inside armpit of one arm was a little dull and slightly different from before. I thought it would get better, but the sensation seems to have gotten better, but my arm is often numb. The acupressure on the inside of my upper arm and armpit feels

 . I have a bad feeling . It's a frustrating feeling of disparagement that's difficult to express in words, but it's hard to call it neuralgia
 
. Now they are looking into reoperation for another reason.. They seem to be saying it has nothing to do with breast surgery.. Are there any cases where you have had a similar experience?
