9th day of nose surgery.. side effects?

I did it on March 2nd.

I did it with no implants, double nose, hooked beak, and nasal septum.
It was done in a place famous for men’s noses.

I removed all the splints yesterday.
I came back today after washing my nose thoroughly, but when I touched my nose slightly,
The tip of my nose felt strange to the touch (slightly crusty? Callous? Feeling), so I checked it in the mirror and saw that it was black.

I suddenly felt anxious and called right away, but they told me it was just a bruise and that it would go away.

I just searched on the internet and couldn't find any similar cases, so it's a bit scary.

Maybe it’s not a side effect??
