I've had nose jobs done at a few places, but
first of all, at hospitals A and B
, non-prosthetic, nose tip raising, and nostril lowering, they only
use nasal septum and ear cartilage.
At hospital C (known for being conservative),
I recommend just buying your original nose.
At
hospital D,
a little bit of silicone on the bridge of the nose (1-2mm)
and
nostril lowering,
they use donated ribs for the tip of the nose. I originally wanted to do it at hospital D, but since it's my first surgery, I'm worried about using donated ribs.
After reading the director's review, it seems like they recommended donated ribs from the beginning.
I liked hospitals B and D for the consultation,
but I'm worried because the director of hospital D is much more famous.
Is donated ribs right for my first surgery?
