I have a slightly hooked beak and a low nose bridge..!
It was my first surgery and I wanted a natural line without implants, so
I went to a total of three places,
but two of them had only half the septum of other people, so I decided to use autologous ribs and ear cartilage without touching the septum (but even with that, the ears were small and the cartilage was too soft). The
other one had a natural septum anyway. He said that if you want a line,
you can raise the nasal septum a little and use a lot of ear cartilage on top of it. My skin is thin and soft, so
I
can raise the level naturally. My biggest fear is that I might end up with a saddle nose in the future if I use a septum that doesn't exist for no reason. I'm also worried that if I use ear cartilage, it will sag and I'll have to repeat the
procedure. However, if I use ribs, it seems like a very large project...
But I have to use ribs a lot. It doesn't seem like it's going to be good and it'll be over in one go....
What should the regulars do..? ㅠㅠ
