Nasal congestion after rhinoplasty

It's been about 3 weeks since I had a nose surgery with a beak shave and extension surgery. In the 2nd week, they even removed the stitches inside my nose and removed the blood and boogers inside my nose. However, I thought the nurse was a bit harsh when unwrapping it, but it was finished anyway. But right after it was over, I really couldn't breathe through my right nostril... I told the nurse, and she looked at my nostril one more time and said there was no snot. Why is that? Like this..
 But anyway, immediately after doing this, there was no asymmetry in the nostrils, but after coming home that evening, there was a slight asymmetry in the nostrils, as if the right nostril was lying down a little more.. Is the columella crooked..? As time goes by, will the columella become more curved and asymmetrical? Worried ㅜ
