Is the tip of your nose saggy or swelling?

It's my 1st month since my nose surgery.
 The tip of my nose has become thinner than the 1-2 weeks, but
 it's still lumpy like a nose. I posted about my concerns about the tip of my nose like Squidward's in my previous post, but it's improved a little, but
 I still think it's like Squidward's nose.
 In my case, the tip of my nose is like Squidward's. Maybe it's because my nose is saggy
 , or my nose wasn't corrected well,
 or there's still some swelling,
 
but it's hard to go to the Gangnam hospital where the surgery was performed because I live in
 fat . Would it still be better to go to the hospital and get a consultation?
 In this case, is it possible to receive correction or additional surgery?
