 I consulted with the director before making the surgery reservation, and she also mentioned nostril reduction. We decided to proceed with nose surgery + nose fat removal + slight beak removal + nose tip autologous cartilage + nose bridge + nostril reduction!
 I brought Karina's photos with me ㅎㅎ They said
 they'd make a design before the surgery, so I'm going to show the director one page of A4 paper printer and detailed images captured with my phone, but is it okay to show them like this??
 I'm worried if he'll accept my request ㅠㅠ
