Buried ㅇㄹㅈ plastic surgery advice

I've been told a lot that I have beautiful eyes. I have
 
thick double eyelids like Song Ji-hyo's eyes, but they're natural, so they look natural. It doesn't give me a strong impression.
 
But one eye keeps getting droopy, and I'm so stressed out
 
that I'm trying to get only one eye buried,
