I made a consultation appointment at Hospital A and Hospital B for the same day next week in the morning, but Hospital B is almost fully booked for surgery, so they told me to make a surgery appointment for today (closed starting tomorrow) as soon as possible and then put down a deposit. I'm debating whether or not I should do that.
If I cancel on the day of the consultation, I get a 100% refund, right? (They say it's 100% refundable up to a week before surgery, so there's exactly a one-week difference between the consultation and the surgery.) But I need time to choose between Hospital A and Hospital B, so I think I'll probably just cancel on the day.
Hospital B did the consultation via KakaoTalk, and they asked me a lot about refunds, so I feel like it's too early to postpone my surgery appointment.
Should I just put down a deposit today? What should I do?
