Instead of the period when you can only eat porridge,
you can eat regular food after that period, but your jaw still hurts!
When the hospital told me to eat a soft, regular diet!
I've summarized what I ate + what I think would be good to eat:
1. Risotto (much more delicious than porridge, highly recommended)
2. Noodles (udon, kalguksu, pasta, noodle soup cut into small pieces)
3. Steamed egg (or egg rolls or soft-boiled eggs are also fine)
4. Seolleongtang (or gomtang)
5. Noodles (sweet potatoes, potatoes)
7. Soft tofu (soft tofu)
8. Water dumplings
9. Pancakes (not hard pancakes like zucchini, but soft pancakes like oyster pancakes or tuna pancakes)
10. Acorn jelly
11. Takoyaki ( *Must be cooled to lukewarm and cut into small pieces)
12. Cheonhajangsa Sausage (Max Bong, Kistik)
13. Custard (or castella bread)
14. Yogurt (Greek yogurt or scoopable yogurt)
15. Ice cream
16. Pudding
17. Soft cake type ( (It may be different
depending on the time of year, but cool down hot foods well and cut them into small pieces before eating!)
