The hospital I went to said not to do cheerleading for a month?
But when I looked up reviews, I saw that other hospitals had their patients practice cheering from the day of surgery,
and many places had them do it from the 1st to 2nd week. Even though it's
winter,
each hospital has a different opinion on this part ㅠㅠ..
Since my major is exercise, I have to do more than cheering once semester starts, but
I'm worried that my arms will get too stiff in the meantime ㅜㅜ
Would it be okay to slowly stretch my arms at a low angle from now on?
Since when did those double-plane guys start telling us to cheer during the winter?
