Does your breasts get bigger by 1 cup for every 150cc?

When I asked how much it would grow, it said in the comments that it grows 1 cup per 150cc,
 so if I put in 300cc, would that mean it would grow from A to C?
 I think most people put in the early 300s, so it wouldn't grow a lot or something like that, right?
 It seems like I need a lot to grow to D...

 Is this about the size of the breast growth and the aftercare implants?
