My stuffy nose is driving me crazy. Do I need to have surgery again?

ㅠㅠ Hey guys, I'm so depressed...
 It's been 4 days since the surgery and my nose is so fat...
 I even had an osteotomy to correct the nose, but the tip of my nose doesn't seem to have changed at all. My nose is so stuffy and I can't breathe at all.
 When I look at it with the flashlight on my phone, there's no space to breathe. My mucous membrane was swollen... It was very difficult to rest only with my mouth,
 and the swelling in my face went down, so my chin and cheeks were very saggy...
 Most of the tip of my nose was also upturned, but they say it goes down over time...
 I already have it down and my nostrils are visible from the front. I can't see very well..
 Oh, I hate it so much.
 Will it be resolved if the swelling goes down? Aside from the external appearance,
 I think the most painful thing is having a runny nose and not being able to breathe. I'm so anxious.
 I guess I'll only know when I get the splint, but
 I'm so anxious about everything, like what the bridge of my nose will be like...
