Bruising like eyeliner after double eyelid surgery?

It's been two days since I got my first double eyelid surgery, but today I suddenly felt a little pain in my eye while I was using a cold compress... It wasn't that bad!! Just a little stinging?
 
But when I checked a few hours later, there was a red bruise? Something like that around the line where I usually draw my eyeliner...
 
Since it's not my double eyelid line, should I not worry too much about it?? Also,
 
there was no bruise on my double eyelid line on the day of the surgery, but there was one today... Do bruises usually appear the day after, not the day of? Or am I just recovering a little slowly....
