Day 3 after rhinoplasty.. I took the cotton out today ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
I can't see the nose line yet, so I don't know the results, but I'll write down what I've felt so far.
1. Aftercare is more important than you think.
When I was getting my foot in the door, there were cases where they took the cotton out in one day, and there were cases where they only provided aftercare once a week.
Now, I go to the hospital I chose almost every day, but after rhinoplasty, even though it's annoying, it's better to go to the hospital every day.
There are more unexpected situations than I thought (the cast came off while I was sleeping), and I'm anxious when I'm at home ㅋㅋㅋ It was really helpful to see the director's face.
2. Drink milk if you don't have an appetite. Since
my nose was blocked with cotton, I had no appetite, so I ate a bowl of pumpkin porridge every meal.
But if I kept doing that, I thought it would affect my nose due to malnutrition, so I drank 3 cups of milk, and my condition is definitely different.
People who have no appetite and only eat porridge, try drinking milk.
3. If you sleep sitting down, the swelling is definitely less.
I've seen a lot of people with burst blood vessels in their eyes after rhinoplasty, but I just sleep sitting down and it didn't swell up much.
4. The tablet stand is really good.
I had rhinoplasty anyway. Immediately after, you can't move much
and you're scared that you might drop your phone on your nose.
The tablet stand is a bit expensive, but... I recommend buying it because it greatly affects your happiness after the surgery.
5. Eating while looking
in the mirror. Immediately after rhinoplasty, I couldn't feel anything so I didn't know where the spoon was pointing.
So I ate while looking in the mirror. If you
eat while looking at your whole face, your appetite decreases, so it's super convenient to install a mirror at your mouth area when eating.
If you have any other questions, please leave a comment~~
But it's only the third day so I can't answer questions about whether the surgery went well .
