Donation cost of nasal material, wondering about sagging

During my consultation, I heard about the characteristics of the material, but can donor ribs be used? They say that they will use it when they run out of materials, but they say there will be an additional charge. But if you look at it, people who deliberately use donated ribs are calling it reoperation? Are you doing it because there are benefits to using donated ribs?
 During my consultation, I was told that I would use a septum supporter and top it with ear cartilage. Is this true that it tends to sag in this case? I'm going to a consultation with a friend, and she said her donor ribs aren't sagging... What does that mean??
