How to cut off something that was ripped off...

I am scheduled for contour revision surgery after orthognathic surgery, and
 the director will remove the pins
 for a total of 600 pins, 200 pins
 for each of the upper jaw, lower jaw, and lower body . The regular price is 22 million won for 800 front jaw and 800 square jaw pins.
If I write a review and make a reservation deposit on the day, they say they will give me 15 million won, so I am
 forced to pay the reservation deposit, go to other hospitals, and go to
 the aesthetician to get quotes, but I don't think I will ever get 1500 won.
I don't know if they say 1500 as the regular price, but
 I'm annoyed that they say it's discounted from 22 million won on the condition of same-day reservation and public model.
Even now, I'm scared that they'll ask me
 for 2,200 just because time has passed
 . I'm wondering if I should fight and have the surgery... I want to go for another consultation, but I can't go because the director seems to
 care. I don't know why I'm being forced to make a same-day reservation for surgery.
