I have to double-handle with an incision and take two days off before going to school. Will it be okay?

Hello everyone, I'm finally having a second surgery tomorrow.
 I'm so excited about the surgery, but
 I'm worried because I have two days off on Saturday and Sunday, and from Monday it's the school exam period, so I can't miss it and have to go to school right away. Originally, I was going to have it last week and take 9 days off, but the surgery had to be postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.
 
I can't wear sunglasses to school, so I wonder if it's okay... After all, it's not another day and it's a test day, so I don't deserve to miss it ㅠㅠ It would have been better to just do it last week, which I was originally thinking about, and take 4 days off, but I have such unnecessary regrets ㅠ I'm a
 
senior in high school, so my test scores are not good. It's not important, so is there any way to avoid it? ㅠㅠ Should I tell the truth to the teacher that I am going to double-handed on Saturday and go to school without having my stitches taken out, but should I ask if it is okay for me to call in sick during the exam period and not take the exam?
 
Or should I just put on a wig and cover up my hair? I'm really excited about the surgery, but the thought of going without the stitches makes me really worried...
