Yesterday and today,
I went to four places in total for consultations since morning. I don't have time on weekdays, so
I made time to go, but it just made me worry more. Since
each hospital uses different materials and methods,
I'd like to ask for some advice from those who have had revision rhinoplasty.
First of all, I had silicone inserted into my nose and just had ear cartilage placed on the columella without any support.
So it feels a bit swollen... The tip of my noseㅜㅜ That's stressful, and
as time goes by, the base of my nose sags... It feels like a long nose.

I just went because it was close to my neighborhood.
The head of the consultation room and the director both explained things in detail, so I liked them. They said they wouldn't use the septum, but would reuse the cartilage that's currently being used, and would take another piece from the other ear and use ear cartilage silicone for the revision surgery, but my nose has sunken, and I'm worried that it will sag again after time passes because ear cartilage is soft.

First of all, I liked the surgical method the most,
but they use septum cartilage, but mine is too small, so they said they'd use additional ear cartilage and use it together with silicone, but
the doctors I consulted with all said different things,
so I don't know if it's better to use the septum or just the ear cartilage.
First of all, the doctor
explained everything in great detail, which was nice.
3. ㅁㅍㄹㅅ
I was really surprised when they adamantly said that they didn't have any materials to use and that they had to use rib material
when I was first consulting for the revision surgery
. Is that really it? They even recommended a surgery for the nobility. Is it a good idea to use rib bones? It's not cheap either. So I was confused and wondered if I really had to use rib bones. But the after photos were really a work of art.
4. The doctor, Mr. ㅇㅂㅋㅇ,
explained everything really well and said that I don't necessarily have to use the septum and ear cartilage. Here, just like the first time, they just use silicone on the ear cartilage. There's no osteotomy. If you
use the septum, they said to use ear cartilage for safety later,
but it didn't seem like
they strongly recommended it
. There are two doctors who say different things and tell me to use ear cartilage first. My nasal cartilage itself is too weak and soft, so they said that since the nasal septum is hard, I have to use something hard like costal cartilage to remove the columella. When I touch my nose, should I say it's the nasolabial angle? The columella is really sunken in... I have to remove it. ㅜㅜWhat material
would be the best to choose?
People with surgery experience, please give me some advice ㅜㅜ
