First of all, my nose is strawberry nose + upturned nose + small nose.
 I had my first surgery 6 years ago and used silicone and ear cartilage. After visiting 5 places, they said that the position of the silicone from the previous surgery was too low and floating, which could be dangerous / that is, the optimal time for reoperation / a situation in which it is absolutely necessary. (For reference, I don't know where this is because I was dragged by my mother's hand..

And Plastic Surgery was very popular on apps like BBTalk, so I went for a consultation, and there was no waiting time. Making a consultation appointment was harder than other places! I was having a CT scan and talking to the manager, and when I said I wanted to get my eyes done, he said that my impression would change if I got my nose done, so he told me to do it even then if I didn't like it. I didn't ask for anything more, I only talked about the parts of my nose that I needed, and I spoke with the director, who was very kind and explained why I needed to do this in detail and the condition of my nose, which was nice. They say the silicone doesn't stick, so it floats on top and moves, making the skin thinner ㅜㅜㅜ... I was so scared. 
I had a reoperation, but the branch was small, so it was done with autologous ribs, and they mentioned making custom silicone.

Overall, I wanted to decide on this because it seemed like they understood the line I wanted and the situation of my nose well, but I also went to a consultation with ㅅㅍㄹㅅ. Here, they said that the height of the silicone is determined by how much the tip of the nose is stretched because my skin is thin. So, I kept thinking about using 3D silicone that was pre-fitted. Is there anyone here who had a reoperation??
