hello.
Around the spring of 2016, I consulted and received treatment at several university hospitals and plastic surgery clinics for a rare disease in which the pectoralis major and minor muscles of the right chest were underdeveloped, known as Poland syndrome.
Afterwards, I received fat grafting after several consultations, and the misalignment was corrected, which I have survived to this day.
However, as exercise became a hobby, my body became unbalanced, with the normal left pectoralis muscle lacking and the right muscle lacking, resulting in a condition like the attached photo.
It is said that the latissimus dorsi flap can be autotransplanted and the muscle can be used for pectoralis major muscle reconstruction. Is there anyone who has undergone such surgery?
