Because the nasal bone was wide, an osteotomy was performed and only the tip of the nose (material: ear cartilage, mesh, mega cartridge?) was performed.
For my first surgery, I did it without any fear, without even looking into the materials or surgical methods. After the
stitches were removed, my nose was bent to one side, so I told the director that it was swelling. In the end, I had the surgery in March 2022. As of writing this, the results are still bent and I felt something hard on the tip of one side of my nose and it looked like it was going to break through, so I went to see the doctor at the hospital where I had the surgery today and they said there was nothing wrong. He said he was 100% sure that what he felt on the tip of my nose was cartilage and that it didn't break through. They say...
When I went to check on my progress during my first visit, I told the director that my nose was crooked, and he said my nose was originally crooked... But when I looked at the before and after pictures, my nose was slightly curved to the right and after the surgery, it was bent to the left... haha. The doctor just glossed over what he said. I think Dr.
Lee is skilled at performing surgery to bend the nose to the opposite side^^
