What should I do if the counseling director is not good when choosing a hospital?

I'm working hard these days with revision rhinoplasty...
 I've made reservations for a total of 8 places and have been to 4 so far...
 
Perhaps because they were selected as safety-conscious, natural-oriented hospitals, the directors all agree on the surgical methods and other stories, even though there are differences in their styles. I was fine after this, but why is everyone getting in trouble with the counseling director?

I was worried from the time of the consultation, so when I asked about this and that, I got really frustrated and there were people who didn't like it... but now they're kind. I hope that the counseling director can communicate well and feel like a good person... but he either seems too ignorant (sorry for judging after talking for a short time) or like a chicken...
