But when I smile, it feels unnatural and my lips seem curled, and more than anything, my mouth seems to move in excessively when I smile. I had nose surgery six months ago to raise my nose, but it seems like the nose is more prominent because of the higher nose... Can I say that after correcting this, I have become more harmonious?
