Has anyone had pus coming out of the incision site?

Yesterday, I went home after getting my blood drained at the hospital because I thought there was bleeding around the incision site, but suddenly, blood started coming out of the incision site and the blood kept forming like dew, and after an hour or two, it started coming out mixed with pus, and now only pus is coming out. ㅠ Other than the incision site, my nose is not swollen or red, and there is no pain, except for the occasional stinging sensation at the wound site where pus is coming out... Has anyone else experienced this? I looked for it but couldn't find anyone like this, so I'm writing this. ㅠ It's so hard because it's a public holiday over the weekend and I can't go to the doctor.
