It's nothing special, but let me tell you that it's easier to do small nose surgery and
eat ice cream after the surgery!
Well, it doesn't have to be ice cream, it can be anything cold.
Ice cream is good, iced red persimmon is good, and frappuccino is also good (it's easier and better to just scoop up frappuccino with a spoon when you get home...)
After the surgery, I try to use ice packs hard to reduce the swelling. If you eat ice cream with it then. The heat inside my face and mouth goes away and I feel cool.
When I eat it, the heat goes down,
so eat something cool. It's sweet, so I feel good once I eat it.
And actually, I have dry skin, so I don't get that oily, but it still comes up to a certain extent and I can't wash it. I
need to prepare things before surgery. When you buy sterilized cotton swabs at the pharmacy, buy them with saline solution!
When changing gauze, rather than just wiping with a wet tissue, I put it on a cotton pad and it was okay without irritating my skin compared to
wiping with a wet tissue. Also, when washing my face, I just put saline solution on a cotton pad and gently wipe it like a forehead. It wipes well and provides moisture. I think it's good.
I don't know what it's like for oily skin, but if you're dry like me, using saline
solution doesn't tighten your skin. And as you know, sterilized cotton swabs are better than nothing.... I use them a lot...
I think everything else is known, but I'm not good with ice cream and saline solution. I think I saw this, so it's just a little personal tip...
Let's all have a little more comfort after surgery!
