I don't know if they still do quick jaw reduction these days, but
I had surgery together with a square jaw behind my ears
. I think it was the day after the first surgery to check the progress, when the stitches were removed? I went that day,
and one side was loosened, so they did a second surgery that day
and put it in and fixed it with a screw.
When the swelling went down, I looked and it was overcorrected and sunken, and I could feel the screw when I touched my face,
but I was scared so I didn't get the second surgery. The two sides are completely different, and my chin looks slimmer because I originally had a slight cheekbone. I really regret it.
