I was half-determined to go to the ㅇㅂㅇ dental clinic, but there was still a lot of time left until the surgery, so I went to another dentist.

They say that they are honest about side effects such as sagging skin (especially when cheekbone reduction is performed) and nose puffing. It's just a difference in degree. They tie their nose to prevent it from spreading, but they say it still spreads. So, nose surgery should be done after double jaw surgery. Since the labial frenulum (a part that is not needed) is lost and the nasal septum is damaged, ear cartilage will be needed. When the maxilla is advanced, the philtrum may look long, but since I have a case of maxillary retraction, it may look shorter. Since the philtrum length looks different depending on the chin length, it can be adjusted by the mandible length. They say that if you put the mouth out, the nasolabial folds can become a little deeper than they are now. Since it is done along with the contour, I also received consultation for cheekbones. It is done through an incision inside the mouth, and instead of just inserting an osteotomy, some of the bone is removed and inserted. He said it was because there was a part that took hold when putting it in. Please note that grinding or shaving 45-degree cheekbones can cause sagging skin. Unlike other places, we do not perform simultaneous surgery on the cheekbones and jaw. The reason is that the double jaw fixation is unstable due to the weakened cheekbones from the surgery, so they do it separately. They say that doing both cheekbones and western music at the same time means making sure the cheekbones are not reduced. When I asked if they could change the back of my cheekbones to prevent stairs, I was told that they would not change it because of the risk since there is a joint needed to open the lower jaw. Transparent screws that melt are still weak in fixation with current technology, and the fact that they melt (react) in the body means that there is a risk of inflammation. Just use metal screws and have surgery to remove it.
I was recommended a double jaw + mandibular protruding mouth (ASO) elsewhere, but here, the protruding mouth is not recommended and only the double jaw is recommended. They said that orthodontic treatment should be done both before and after both jaws, and that it should be done privately at an orthodontic specialist rather than here.
