I had double eyelids, but the double eyelid line was covered by the eyelid fat.

It's been about 5 months since I had reoperation through incision, and all the swelling has gone down, but only one eye looks like this because the line is covered by the eyelid. How do I do this? ㅜㅜ Normally, when you open your eyes, the skin gets rolled up over the double eyelids, but when you open your eyes, this eye looks like that. I guess the skin is saggy, but it doesn't curl up and stays still, covering my double eyelids. I don't have enough skin, so I decided to have a second surgery, but I can't just remove the skin that covers it, right? Is there a case where something like this happened and the swelling went down and things got better?
