 He would use silicone ear cartilage from the donor rib and
 asked about absorption of the donor rib. He said he would perform surgery to prevent absorption using his know-how.
 Jagagok said he didn't like me from the beginning because he was scared of me.
 Should I extend the tip of the nose (??) or lower it? He said that then my image will be greatly improved.
