Does anyone know of a new hospital opened by a psycho plastic surgeon?

I know that psycho ㅇㅊ.
   I saw posts on several sites saying that he was running a plastic surgery clinic, got exposed, got plastic surgery on his own face, quietly opened a hospital, changed his name, and ran the business without having his doctor's license suspended.  However, he looks similar to the feeling that this is what will happen if you get plastic surgery, and there is a doctor who is active in blogs, videos, etc. He
 writes about plastic surgery in a meticulous and detailed way so that people can understand it well and helps people who suffer from plastic surgery and those who will have plastic surgery in the future. I thought he was a conscientious doctor who cares, but
