Muscle tightness after square jaw chin...

I had my square jaw and chin tip shaved. At
 first, I didn't know because it was swollen and my senses were so dull and my mouth was stiff, but
 now it's the 15th day
 and the swelling has almost gone. I chew everything well enough to eat everything, but
 it seems like my front jaw has been anesthetized
 . When I stick out my mouth, my lips don't turn out round and become distorted
 . Maybe it's just one side of the muscle that's the problem...
 even when I smile, I pout,,,, and ugh, I can't pronounce it well. My pronunciation and smile are bad because of the muscle tightness.
 Will this ever be resolved? ??ㅜㅜㅠㅠ
 I would be less worried if both sides were symmetrical and hardened.
 
Is it normal for people who have had chin surgery to experience muscle tightness and jaw pulling?
The hospital says it will definitely be okay in 2-3 months, so
 I'm just waiting, but what do other people think?
