I've been reading a lot of Seongyesa's posts lately, and
they say that as you age, your skin gets thinner and silicone becomes exposed.
Is the same thing true about diet??
I heard that if you diet, you can lose some weight around the bridge or tip of your nose
even if the overall shape of your nose doesn't change.
But if you diet hard and lose about 20 kg,
do you have to take those side effects into consideration??
They told me to be careful of side effects after the surgery and boost my immunity, but
I think I should limit my diet to the maximum and watch out for inflammation problems if
I sweat a lot while exercising
. I'm thinking of dieting hard after the surgery, but
I'm so scared that things like inflammation or silicone deposits may happen.
