I have big double eyelids, but is it difficult to change the shape of my eyes without double eyelid surgery?

I have double eyelids, but my eyelids are thick + because of the big eyes,
 I think I'll need an incision if I'm going
 to get double eyelid surgery, but I don't prefer double eyelids... I was just wondering if I could correct the shape of my eyes a little by doing an upper eyelid surgery on the inner skin of my eyes, which is a bit
 slanted?
 ㅠㅠ I've been thinking about eye surgery, but I've heard a lot of side effects, so I'm currently putting it off and considering it ㅠㅠ
 I know that I can't change the overall shape of my eyes because of the bones around the eyes , but my concern is the area near the inner corner of the eyes, a bit higher? The skin area where upper eyelid surgery is commonly done, and when I touched that area, the bone was quite high up, so I don't think I can't get surgery because of the bone...
 Can any ordinary therapists who have done a lot of leg work or are knowledgeable about this area give me some information ㅠㅠ
