fundamental immutable law

While getting rhinoplasty this time, I clearly realized the law of inconvenience in the original version..
 I had my eyes, nose, and mouth (corrected) done, but honestly, I don't
 have a really pretty face. I just have double eyelids and a high nose.. They
 say pretty people call me plastic surgery, but that's because it's the original version, so I'm pretty... Even if I change my hair, I don't think it will work that way,
 and even if I get plastic surgery, it doesn't seem to change much, so I feel self-destructive.
 I think harmony is really important. I envy people who have had successful plastic surgery.
