People who have had successful rhinoplasty

I'm about to have my first surgery!
That's the nose...ㅠ It's a very low nose, but
 it's natural. So, there aren't a lot of scars from the surgery, but
 is it possible to have surgery to make the nose look as pretty as Shin Se-kyung's or Lee Dal-so's Hee-jin's nose?
If you put your finger on the tip of your nose and stretch it, it will stretch, right??
Then isn’t it a good nose for surgery??
