Swelling on day 12 of 3 types of facial contouring

It's the 12th day of contouring, and the swelling is so bad. I
 guess it's because I couldn't control my appetite since the 6th day and ate spicy and salty food, but
 the swelling in my mouth went down and then I felt it swell again.
 I was eating rose leaf rice cake and it felt like the thread in the middle was bursting. I
 was yawning so much that my mouth was wide open. ( (2 or 3 on top of my finger)
 I really want to get a CT scan at the hospital, but
 they said it would be done in a month. Haha, I'm really, really worried.
 
Also, on the 9th day of contouring, I also had a slit in the back, so
 my face is swollen like a monster right now,
 so I'm just looking at things like cafe posts and
 taking pictures of my face day after day. .Nothing has changed
 while filming the video, but
 I'm going crazy watching it every day
. I'm so worried and anxious every day...
