ㄹㅂㄹ Is this really how the reservation deposit is refunded?

ㄹㅂㄹ After receiving a nose consultation, they said they would give me a discount if I made a reservation on the same day, so I put down the reservation deposit out of fear, but when I asked for a refund of the deposit 2 months before the surgery and said I wouldn't have the surgery, they said I couldn't get 10% back? But that's right... I told you about it two months before the surgery, but they said they wouldn't refund 10%... I understood because I made 100 concessions, but they said I had to pay up to 30,000 won for the CT taken during the consultation. My friends had the same CT scan, received counseling, and only paid 10,000 won for the consultation, but I paid a reservation deposit and 10,000 won for the consultation, right? But when I said I was canceling, they said they would not refund the 30,000 won CT scan fee in addition to the 10% penalty, did everyone say this???
