How about an ear cartilage support?

I extended my nasal septum, but it's too high and the tip of my nose is hard, so I'm looking into replacing it with an ear cartilage support.
 I'm worried about its functionality later, and I'm really scared that the tip of my nose will break through the cartilage because it's so hard.
 
If I remove the extended nasal septum, will my nose be able to be heard? ,,,?? I wonder if it will still be heard even with the support ㅠㅜ
 
Also, I heard that the ear cartilage will sag later, but it won't sag any more than my mother's nose, right? I'm curious as to whether it just means that the nose is sagging compared to the initial surgery, or if it goes down to no end ㅠㅜ
