After nose surgery, the swelling goes down and the bridge of the nose

The bridge of my nose is still somewhat high, but when viewed from the front, it is wide open. I made an osteotomy, slightly raised the bridge of the nose with silicone, and raised the tip of the nose using the donor ribs and septum. However, it is now the 13th day, and the tip of the nose is clearly raised, but the nose bridge osteotomy is very similar to the previous nose. Isn't this possible without an osteotomy? They say that when the swelling goes down, the bridge of the nose becomes slimmer, but when I look at it now, something doesn't seem right. It's just the tip of the nose.
