The bridge of my nose that was cut off is throbbing.

It's been 2 years since the surgery, and the bridge between the bridge of my nose and the tip of my nose is throbbing. There's
 a bulge there and it looks like a hooked beak, so I press it sometimes (the doctor told me to press it).
 Yesterday, I continued to wear glasses and it started to tingle, so I pressed it a little, and then in the evening. I felt throbbing from the swelling, so I went to bed quickly, but even when I woke up, I still felt a slight swelling and throbbing. I
 'm currently taking painkillers and anti-inflammatory medication for other reasons, so even though I took them, it still feels a bit... The hospital is too far, 10 hours round trip. The nearby hospital is either their surgery or not. The hospital said there wouldn't be any inflammation because they didn't look at it and didn't put a silica in and only the
 tip
 of the nose was septumed, but I'm worried. I was wondering if the tip of my nose was lifted a lot so I still felt like it was lifted, but I wonder if the contracture was repeated ㅜㅜ
 It's probably not contracture even now ㅜㅜㅜㅜ My nose felt really tight yesterday and it still feels a bit tight today.
