Is tracheal intubation possible during surgery?

Hey guys, I had nose surgery. They
 thought I was under sedation?
And during the consultation with the director, I was told that the nasal septum + donation was comfortable.
I came home in a daze after the surgery, and
 when I got home, my neck was really sore, and
 when I came out of the surgery, I found out that my right ear cartilage had been harvested;
The next day, when I was going to Sompero, I tried to ask, but there was no doctor or consultation director, so
 I went to the desk and asked. I had a strange pain in my throat. I asked if the tracheal intubation had been intubated. I said yes, what about our hospital? I was surprised to say it plainly and said, “Did they
 also use that ear cartilage?” When I asked them,
 they told me that they had used up the ear cartilage from the nasal septum donor rib.

It seems like a hospital without an anesthesiologist, but
 you can intubate at will..?
There was no mention of ear cartilage during the consultation with the doctor.
 Is it possible to collect ear cartilage at your own discretion during surgery?
