I went to the first two hospitals, please choose where to do it ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ

The first hospital I went to was so famous that it was okay to say that I did not use rib cartilage, and I got an estimate of 320 after real hyco + silicone 4mm + ear cartilage + nasal septum + abdominoplasty + raised nose correction. There were a lot of reviews saying that it might be a nose bleed ㅠㅠ I made a reservation here, and I liked the second hospital line, too, but I was not attracted to it because the septum was too small. So I called 290, but they called me a week later and said that if I make a reservation within this month, they will set it up for 200, can I do it this cheaply..? Its my first surgery, but I want to go ahead and use donated breasts ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Where should I do it?
