Every hospital is so different

Nose reduction -> The hospital that says it should be done and the size of the nostril is not big, so there is no reason to do osteotomy -> The hospital that says it should be done and the hospital where the bridge of the nose is rather narrow, so you dont have to do it -> If you dont have an implant + a place where you just tie the cartilage and there is no implant I have a round nose and a lot of flesh, so I dont know where to go because they all say differently about the hospital saying that it comes up round only the tip of the silicone, so I dont know where to go.
